On November 1st, over 42 million Americans lost access to essential welfare programs, including SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and WIC (Women, Infants, Children).

1.4 million North Carolinians lost benefits.
Of those, nearly 170,000 live in the Charlotte-Mecklenberg region.

Church, this is our moment. We are a people created, anointed, and appointed for such a time as this.

This is when the Church is at her best and brightest - doing what we’re made for:
loving our neighbors in word and in deed.

The Thrive Fund exists for 2 reasons:

1) We’ll use every dollar in this fund to meet needs in our community.

2) The Thrive Fund gives followers of Jesus the opportunity to put hands and feet on our faith. This is what Jesus meant when He said, “love your neighbor as yourself.”
This is what real, tangible, sacrificial love looks like: that we would ensure that not one neighbor goes to bed hungry.
