Formation Tracks

Friends,

We are so honored and excited that you’ve said yes to this journey toward being Fully Alive together! We are full of faith and expectation that this will be a deeply formative and transformational time in the life of our church.

This page has all of the details you need before we get started on February 18th, but there are a few things we want you to know first.

This is not about perfection. You will not do every day perfectly. Missing a day does not mean you are behind or failing. The goal is presence, not perfection!

This is not a performance. You are not being evaluated. Your reflections do not need to sound polished or impressive. Just bring your authentic self, and God will meet you there!

This is meant to be slow and sustainable. Most days will take at least 10 to 15 minutes. Some days will feel light. Some may feel tender or heavy. We will navigate the highs and lows together.

This is personal work meant to be done in community. Formation works best in community. The group chat is essential, not optional. You are invited to share honestly, briefly, or quietly. Just don’t forget to stay connected.

Your body and life circumstances matter. Practices can be adapted. Stillness counts. Rest counts. Chronic illness, disability, grief, or exhaustion do not disqualify you from participation or formation.

Fasting is about attention, not willpower. We will encourage you to participate in a 40-day fast alongside the study and community. This should be sustainable for the full 40 days. If something needs to change for health or life reasons, that’s okay!

If something feels heavy, you can slow down. You may pause, skip a prompt, or reach out for pastoral support. Each track has several amazing Facilitators who are there for support and guidance!

We cannot wait to experience these 40 days alongside you, and we are praying for you daily. We love you so, Zoe Church! You are so much more than we asked, thought, or imagined!

Get your hopes up!

  • Fill out this quick form to arrange an alternate pickup time!

  • All track changes must be made by 5pm on Tuesday, February 17! If you need to make a switch, please email hello@zoechurchclt.org.
